Equity-based Manufactured Housing

NCPHS offers an equity-based senior living option at The Woods, a manufactured housing development located in Mendocino County, for seniors aged 55 and older. The community, which is located on 37 “sunbelt” acres, offers a mix of security, privacy, abundant beauty, and gracious living.

Through The Lodge at The Woods, residents have access—on a space-available basis and for additional fees—to Assisted Living services.
