Northern California Presbyterian Homes & Services, Inc. (NCPHS) is a not-for-profit mission-driven corporation with a commitment to provide for the needs of older people and to promote their quality of life through diversified operations, including housing and programs of social and spiritual care.

NCPHS provides many options for senior living and community service in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and in Mendocino County on the north coast of California:

• Three Life Care communities in the Bay Area provide independent living, assisted living, and
  skilled nursing.
• Three affordable housing communities provide affordable housing for seniors with limited incomes.
• A homeowner community in the Mendocino area also has an Assisted Living facility.

Community Services

NCPHS supports community service programs for Bay Area elders as an expression of our social responsibilities. Since 1967, we have assisted older and disabled adults from all economic levels and cultural backgrounds with meals, supportive services, health care, socialization, companionship, and volunteer opportunities.
