Life Care means you can stay on-site and receive increasing levels of care, even as your health needs change. Our Life Care communities offer a full continuum of care.
Residential Living: Independence, Privacy, Security, and Convenience
“Residential Living” is the entry level for NCPHS’ Life Care communities. It provides seniors with the freedom of living in a lovely and private unit with excellent conveniences and services, such as:
- Delicious dining—three meals a day, our new “Dining Light” one-meal-a-day program (breakfast or lunch included, whichever is consumed first in the dining room), or “take out”
- A full program of on- and off-site social, physical, and cultural activities
- Weekly housekeeping and professional maintenance
- On-site security
The Sequoias–San Francisco community offers a range of apartments—from studios to two-bedroom units with modern kitchenettes—in an award-winning building. Beautiful gardens, breathtaking views, and close proximity to many of San Francisco’s top cultural and educational destinations, make this community an urban jewel in the NCPHS offering.
