Our Vision
NCPHS will arrive at the year 2015, recognized as an innovative, open, and flexible leader in the field of providing housing, services, and programs for older persons. While maintaining fiscal stability, NCPHS will meet its commitments to residents and clients, promote growth and diversity, fully utilize its facilities, maintain a caring and skilled staff, enhance the quality of life of the men and women NCPHS serves, and will incorporate the perspective of residents through their participation in the planning process.
The NCPHS Board of Directors and management staff will oversee the fiscal integrity of the corporation, appraise resident and client satisfaction with NCPHS services, and assure NCPHS’ continuing fulfillment of its Mission.
